Should you choose this option, we will bill you on an agreed hourly rate to be charged by the practitioner working on your matter, for the total time spent by the particular practitioner.
A fixed amount may be agreed between the parties where there are minimal variables and a defined scope of work. The fixed amount will be calculated with reference to the practitioners’ hourly rate and estimated time to complete the instruction. This option will give you certainty regarding the total spent as this amount will be agreed beforehand.
We are able to negotiate various retainer models to suits your business needs. At a minimum, retainers will be put in place for 3 months each. The length of a retainer can be agreed to for any period and will be reviewed with the client regularly to adjust to the clients' current and anticipated future needs.
